Celebrate Christmas with a family BBQ unlike any other. The following recipes are guaranteed to be a wild hit among guests of all ages. Just be sure to make enough for everyone, because leftovers are not a guarantee!

1. Bacon Wrapped BBQ Chicken Lollipops

What could possibly be more tempting than chicken drumsticks wrapped in bacon and smothered in BBQ sauce? It’s an easy-to-eat finger food that will go fast as an appetizer or as a main course. To make this recipe, you’ll need 12 chicken drumsticks, 1 ½ tablespoons of poultry dry rub, 12 slices of bacon, and 1 ½ cups of Classic BBQ sauce. Use applewood chips and a grill or smoker to prepare these.

2. Applewood Smoked Chicken Wings

Don’t want bacon? Enjoy these chicken wings smoked over applewood coals and brined in a solution of water, salt, apple juice, brown sugar, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.

3. Rotisserie Prime Rib

If you’re feeling brave, a rotisserie prime rib is the ultimate BBQ masterpiece. You’ll need a seven pound Standing Prime Rib Roast, mustard or olive oil for a binder, prime rib dry rub, and garlic herb basting powder. The dry rub is made with equal parts salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. The basting butter should be made with fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, soy sauce, fresh garlic, unsalted butter, and extra virgin olive oil.

4. Smoked Beef Tenderloin

To make a three pound beef tenderloin, you’ll need to prepare a dry rub, garlic butter, and herb brush. Ingredients include salt, black pepper, garlic powder, unsalted butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

5. Honey Smoked Salmon

Change things up with smoked salmon that is brined, cured, air dried, and grilled. To prepare, you’ll need 1 ½ to 2 pounds of fresh salmon, ¼ cup to ½ cup honey, cherry wood chunks, 2 ½ cups water, ½ cup brown sugar, and 3 tablespoons salt.
