Her love of BBQing began when she was a little girl learning to BBQ with her father. Together they deeply bonded and had the most meaningful conversations over the grill together.
Her father never used a thermometer and taught Lisa how to grill using her senses and how to temp by touch, touch grilling.
Lisa’s grilling instincts and keen sense of flavor has made her extremely successful in the industry.
