Being born of decades of BBQ experience, coupled with input from regional pit masters around the country, CowgirlQ Catering could not resist bringing our inspired and inspiring SLO CAL℠ “Smoke Show” to the road with our brand-new food truck! Whether for a wedding, festival, brewery, private party or picnic, we present outstanding barbecue-oriented food. Where other food trucks offer tired, “set” menus, our foundation as a catering company offers superior flexibility, built right into our service. We will customize the menu to your type of party, as well as your unique mix of guests. If you want to offer a full meal, great; if you prefer grab-n-go bites, we love those too; if you want barbecue mixed with another style, a vegetarian feast, ice cream served next to the truck, or anything else you can dream of, we have you covered. It is entirely up to you! We only have one truck and she is becoming very popular – call for available dates.
