Sure, you’ve had great barbecue before. But if you’ve haven’t tried CowgirlQ BBQ, then you haven’t really had barbecue. No offense.
We make bold claims only because we know how to make bold barbecue. The flavor of CowgirlQ BBQ is so rich, you won’t know what hit you. So here’s why your next BBQ delivery should be from CowgirlQ:
Our BBQ’ing chops have been seasoned over many decades.
CowgirlQ doesn’t make your average backyard barbecue. We won’t deny that you may know a few tricks about marinating, smoking and grilling, but if you’ve haven’t spent the last 38 years perfecting the art of Q’ing then you really can’t compete with CowgirlQ’s Lisa Richards. She began to learn how to grill from her dad when she was just nine years old.
Every dish is made with fresh and sustainable meats, vegetables and ingredients.
CowgirlQ doesn’t cut corners. That means we source only the highest quality meats, vegetables and ingredients. We partner with ranchers and producers committed to following safe and sustainable practices to ensure each dish is made to absolute perfection and our clients are wowed to the max.
We use state-of-the art custom grills, smokers and ovens.
We’ve invested in a state-of-the art kitchen complete with custom grills and ovens with flawless temperature control and smoking capabilities. Using our Southern Pride Smoker, we can smoke turkey, pork, chicken, beef and vegetables any way you want to pure perfection.
Fuel is sourced from states across the U.S. and Mexico to create just the right flavor.
Your local grocery store has a few fuel options in stock for your backyard barbecue, but it can’t compete with the wild flavors offered by CowgirlQ. We’ve got wood sourced from all over the U.S. and Mexico that will take your barbecue to the next level: Oak from Ramona, Hickory from Tennessee, Pecan from Georgia, Post Oak from Texas, Oak charcoal from Utah and Mesquite charcoal from Mexico. We’ve got a world of barbecue waiting for you, just give us a call!
Our second love (after authentic BBQ) is giving back.
We’ve got a love for BBQ, but we’ve also got a heart for giving back. We are happy to offer BBQ for qualified nonprofits’ fundraising events, a wedding reception grant for a lucky couple and weekly donations of leftover food. On a quarterly basis, we will co-host community gatherings in our kitchen with partners who tie into CowgirlQ – from craft brewers to eclectic artists. Proceeds from tickets sold will go to their chosen non-profit.
So don’t hesitate to give a call to CowgirlQ for BBQ delivery. You’ve got an appetite and we’ve got the BBQ-ure.
